Singapore is one of the hardest places in Asia to fund an offshore casino account. Local banks and e-wallets block gambling merchants, PayNow only works with Singapore-registered businesses, and the payment-blocking powers in the Gambling Control Act give the regulator the means to cut off card processors. That is why crypto has become the default rail for Singapore players who use offshore sites, and why the phrase “crypto casino Singapore” has more searches than “bitcoin casino” and “USDT casino” combined.
This page is the Singapore version of our Crypto Casino Malaysia guide. It covers the casinos we have reviewed that open accounts for Singapore players and take Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum, how fast each one pays out, what the law actually says, how to buy and move coins from a Singapore exchange, and the mistakes that cost people money. Every casino figure comes from the corresponding review on this site; the BK8.io details were read from its website in September 2026.
We start with the legal position because it is the part most affiliate sites skip.
Quick Answer
Legal reality: gambling with an operator that is not licensed by Singapore’s Gambling Regulatory Authority is an offence for the player, not only the operator. Every casino on this page is licensed abroad, not in Singapore. Read the next section before you deposit.
Best fiat casino with crypto banking: BK8. 5,100+ games, crypto withdrawals in 5 to 15 minutes, 288% crypto welcome bonus.
Best crypto-only casino: BK8.io. Balances held in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH or LTC, provably fair in-house games, rebates up to 14%.
Lowest wagering: me88, from 5x on esports to 22x on live casino, and the only one of the group that takes Litecoin.
Best coin: USDT on the Tron network. Under S$1 in fees, credited in 5 to 10 minutes, no exposure to the Bitcoin price.
Is Crypto Gambling Legal in Singapore?
Singapore replaced the Remote Gambling Act 2014 with the Gambling Control Act 2022 on 1 August 2022 and created a single regulator, the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA), on the same day. The Act covers every form of gambling, including online, and it is technology-neutral: a bet placed in USDT is treated exactly like a bet placed in Singapore dollars.
Three points matter for a Singapore player:
- Only Singapore Pools is licensed for online betting. Its licence covers sports, 4D, TOTO and horse racing. No online casino, Singaporean or foreign, holds a GRA licence to offer slots or live dealer games to Singapore residents.
- The offence applies to the player. Gambling with an unlicensed operator carries a fine of up to S$10,000, imprisonment of up to six months, or both. Enforcement has historically focused on operators, agents and people who run betting for others, but the provision exists and you should know it.
- The state can block sites and payments. The Act gives the authorities power to order internet service providers to block unlicensed gambling websites and to order banks and payment providers to block transactions with them. This is the mechanism that pushed Singapore players towards crypto in the first place.
Owning crypto is legal. Digital payment token services are regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under the Payment Services Act, and licensed exchanges operate openly. What MAS regulates is the exchange, not what you do with a coin after it leaves. Some licensed exchanges block withdrawals to addresses associated with gambling sites as part of their own risk rules.
Our position is the same as on every Singapore page on this site: we describe what these casinos offer and how they perform, we do not pretend that an offshore licence makes play legal in Singapore, and we ask you to make your own decision with the facts in front of you. If you choose to play, play only if you are of legal age and only with money you can afford to lose. Our licensing and regulation guide explains what a Curaçao or Anjouan licence does and does not protect.
Best Crypto Casinos for Singapore Players
Four of the casinos we have reviewed open accounts for Singapore players through Singapore-specific registration pages, and all four accept Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum. The fifth entry, BK8.io, is the crypto-only site run by the same operator as BK8; it has no fiat cashier at all.
| Casino | Coins | Crypto withdrawal | Balance held in | Headline crypto bonus | Wagering | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BK8 | BTC, USDT, ETH | 5–15 min | Fiat (converted at the cashier) | 288% crypto welcome up to 2,880 | 35x | ReviewPlay Now |
| BK8.io | BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, LTC | Operator states near-instant | Crypto (no conversion) | 100% welcome + up to 100 free spins; rebates up to 14% | Check the promotion page | Play Now |
| me88 | BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC | 10–60 min (VIP from 5 min) | Fiat (converted at the cashier) | 288% welcome up to 2,880 (check crypto qualifies) | 5x esports, 8x sports, 22x live, 30x slots | ReviewPlay Now |
| Maxim88 | BTC, USDT, ETH | 10–15 min | Fiat (converted at the cashier) | Crypto deposit bonuses, rebates, lucky draws | 28x | ReviewPlay Now |
| 96M | BTC, USDT, ETH | 5–15 min | Fiat (converted at the cashier) | 288% welcome up to 2,880 (check crypto qualifies) | Check the promotion page | ReviewPlay Now |
The bonus amounts are shown as the cashier shows them at sign-up. The Singapore registration pages for these brands display the welcome offer as “up to MYR/SGD 2,880”; confirm the currency selector when you open the account, because a bonus credited in ringgit is worth roughly a third of the same figure in Singapore dollars.
BK8
BK8 has served Singapore alongside Malaysia since 2015 and is the largest platform on our reviews: 5,100+ games from more than 60 providers, 252 live dealer tables and a sportsbook with esports. Crypto deposits in USDT and ETH credit in 5 to 10 minutes and Bitcoin in 10 to 30 minutes; withdrawals in crypto take 5 to 15 minutes, and 92% of all withdrawals clear inside 15 minutes according to our 30-day test. The crypto welcome bonus is 288% with 35x wagering, the highest headline figure in the group but also the heaviest rollover. Dual licences from Anjouan and Curaçao, KYC before the first withdrawal. Full details in the BK8 review.
BK8.io
BK8.io is the crypto-native site from the same operator, Mettlemind Tech Ltd., under the same Anjouan licence. It accepts BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH and LTC and holds your balance in the coin you sent, so there is no conversion spread on the way in or out. The lobby combines slots, live casino, game shows, a sportsbook and the in-house provably fair BK8.io Originals (Aviatrix, Plinko, Crash, Dice, Hilo). Promotions at the time of writing: a 100% welcome bonus plus up to 100 free spins, a 10% weekly reload and rebates up to 14%. We explain why this design gives smoother play than a fiat casino with a crypto button in our crypto vs fiat payments article. We have not yet run a full deposit-and-withdraw test on BK8.io.
me88
me88 has a dedicated Singapore registration page and the lowest wagering requirements in the market: 5x on the esports welcome bonus, 8x on sports, 22x on live casino and 30x on slots, against an industry range of 28x to 35x. It is the only casino in the group that accepts Litecoin, and it also takes Visa and Mastercard with 3D Secure for players who want a card fallback. Crypto withdrawals take 10 to 60 minutes, or as little as 5 minutes for VIP members. Some Trustpilot reviews mention crypto gateway delays, which we note in the me88 review.
Maxim88
Maxim88 has operated in Malaysia and Singapore since 2006, the longest track record on our reviews. It supports three coins, pays crypto withdrawals in 10 to 15 minutes, and runs crypto-specific deposit bonuses, rebates and periodic lucky draws for members who fund with Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum. The 28x wagering on its main welcome offer is lower than BK8’s 35x. Evolution is its flagship live casino partner. See the Maxim88 review.
96M
96M serves more than 50,000 active players across Malaysia and Singapore, with 1,000+ games from 30 providers and a sportsbook powered by CMD368 and BTi. Crypto withdrawals take 5 to 15 minutes and every transaction is fee-free. The minimum deposit is 50 for most methods and 100 for some promotions. Details in the 96M review.
Why Singapore Players Use Crypto Instead of Bank Transfers
In Malaysia, crypto competes with FPX, DuitNow and Touch ’n Go. In Singapore it competes with almost nothing, and that is the point.
- Local rails are closed. PayNow and FAST transfers go to Singapore-registered accounts only, and the Gambling Control Act lets the authorities order banks to block payments to unlicensed operators. Offshore casinos serving Singapore historically relied on local collection agents whose accounts get frozen; crypto removes the agent.
- Nothing gambling-related appears on your bank statement. The only fiat transaction is a transfer to a MAS-licensed exchange, which is a normal investment activity.
- Settlement is final and fast. USDT on Tron confirms in about a minute; the casinos above credit it in 5 to 10 minutes and pay out in 5 to 60 minutes, at any hour.
- Fees are trivial. A Tron network fee is a fraction of a Singapore dollar. Bitcoin costs more and is slower, which is why we recommend stablecoins below.
- The trade-off is finality. A coin sent on the wrong network or to a mistyped address cannot be recalled by anyone. Fiat mistakes can usually be reversed; crypto mistakes cannot.
Which Coin Should You Use?
| Coin | Network | Typical fee | Credit time | Volatility | Accepted at |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| USDT (Tether) | Tron (TRC-20) | Under S$1 | 5–10 min | Pegged to USD | All five casinos |
| USDC | Various | Depends on network | Minutes | Pegged to USD | BK8.io |
| Bitcoin | Bitcoin | S$2–S$10, varies with congestion | 10–30 min | High | All five casinos |
| Ethereum | Ethereum | S$1–S$5 | 5–10 min | High | All five casinos |
| Litecoin | Litecoin | Under S$0.10 | About 10 min | High | me88, BK8.io |
Use USDT on Tron unless you have a reason not to. It keeps the bankroll in dollar terms, it is the cheapest network to use, and it is the coin every casino credits fastest. Bitcoin is the worst choice for a casino float: slow confirmations, the highest fees and a price that can move more in a weekend than your session variance. If a casino only shows USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), the fee will be several dollars per transfer; check the network dropdown before you send.
How to Deposit Crypto From Singapore, Step by Step
- Buy the coin through a MAS-licensed provider. Coinbase, Crypto.com and Independent Reserve all hold Major Payment Institution licences for digital payment token services and accept FAST or PayNow top-ups in Singapore dollars.
- Withdraw to a wallet you control. Licensed exchanges apply travel-rule checks and some refuse withdrawals straight to a gambling address. A self-custody wallet such as Trust Wallet or a Ledger sits in between. Match the network: USDT on Tron in the exchange must go to a Tron address in your wallet.
- Open the casino cashier and copy its deposit address. Select the same coin and network. The address is unique to your account; do not reuse an old one from a previous session unless the cashier shows it again.
- Send a test amount first. The equivalent of S$5 costs one network fee and proves the route works. Keep the transaction hash.
- Send the real deposit and wait for confirmations. USDT on Tron is credited after one confirmation, usually within ten minutes.
- Withdraw the same way in reverse. Paste your own wallet address into the withdrawal form, choose the same network, and keep the hash the casino gives you. Sell the coin back on the exchange for Singapore dollars when you want to cash out.
Our crypto deposit walkthrough has cashier screenshots and the full list of minimums; the flow is identical for Singapore players apart from the exchange you buy from.
Crypto Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements, not the headline percentage, decide what a bonus is worth. A 288% bonus with 35x rollover on the bonus amount means 2,880 in bonus funds require 100,800 in turnover before withdrawal; a 100% bonus with 20x on 1,000 requires 20,000.
| Casino | Crypto-relevant offer | Wagering | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| BK8 | 288% crypto welcome up to 2,880; app deposit bonus; daily reloads | 35x | Minimum 50 deposit for the bonus; slots contribute 100%, live games less |
| BK8.io | 100% welcome + up to 100 free spins; 10% weekly reload; rebates up to 14%; VIP tier match | Published on the promotion page | Rebates are paid instantly, daily, weekly and monthly; confirm which games qualify |
| me88 | Segmented welcome bonuses by game type | 5x esports, 8x sports, 22x live, 30x slots | Whether crypto deposits qualify for the offer you pick |
| Maxim88 | Crypto deposit bonuses, rebates, lucky draws, 0-Risk Bet cashback | 28x on the main welcome | Rebate tiers and draw dates change monthly |
| 96M | 288% welcome up to 2,880 | Published on the promotion page | Some promotions require a 100 minimum deposit |
Two rules for Singapore players specifically. First, check which currency the bonus is credited in; if your account is in SGD but the promotion is written in MYR, the cashier will convert. Second, bonus funds at fiat casinos are locked to the fiat balance, so a crypto withdrawal of bonus winnings goes through the conversion twice. Our crypto bankroll tips cover how to keep the float in stablecoins between sessions.

Safety Checklist Before You Deposit
- Verify the licence yourself. BK8 and BK8.io publish an Anjouan licence number (ALSI-202504032-FI2) with a verification seal; me88 and Maxim88 operate under Curaçao. A licence you cannot verify is no licence.
- Check our blacklist. The Online Casino Singapore page lists sites to avoid, and the blacklist covers operators with unpaid withdrawals.
- Test the withdrawal before you trust the deposit. Deposit the minimum, play a little, withdraw the minimum and keep the hash. Speed on the way out is the only metric that matters.
- Expect KYC. Have an identity document and proof of address ready before your first cashout; every licensed operator on this page asks for them.
- Keep the float in stablecoins. A bankroll held in Bitcoin between sessions carries market risk on top of casino variance.
- Use a self-custody wallet between the exchange and the casino. It keeps the exchange’s risk team out of your gambling and gives you one address to audit.
- Set a limit before you deposit. Singapore’s National Council on Problem Gambling runs a helpline on 1800-6-668-668. Our responsible gambling page has the self-exclusion tools each casino offers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it legal to play at a crypto casino in Singapore?
No. Under the Gambling Control Act 2022, gambling with an operator that is not licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority is an offence for the individual, punishable by a fine of up to S$10,000, up to six months in jail, or both. Singapore Pools is the only operator licensed to take online bets. Paying in crypto does not change this.
Which crypto casino is best for Singapore players?
For a fiat casino with crypto banking, BK8 has the widest game library on our reviews and pays crypto withdrawals in 5 to 15 minutes. For a crypto-only site, BK8.io holds balances in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH or LTC and never converts through a fiat cashier. me88 has the lowest wagering requirements of the group and adds Litecoin.
Which coin should Singapore players deposit with?
USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. It is pegged to the US dollar, so your bankroll does not move with the Bitcoin price, the network fee is under a Singapore dollar, and every casino on this page credits it in about 5 to 10 minutes.
Can I buy crypto in Singapore and send it to a casino?
You can buy crypto through a Monetary Authority of Singapore licensed provider such as Coinbase, Crypto.com or Independent Reserve. Licensed exchanges apply travel-rule checks to withdrawals and may refuse transfers to gambling addresses, which is why most players withdraw to a wallet they control first.
Do crypto casinos ask Singapore players for KYC?
Usually yes, at least before a first or large withdrawal. BK8, me88, Maxim88, 96M and BK8.io are all licensed operators with published verification policies. Crypto replaces your bank details with a wallet address; it does not remove the identity check.
Are crypto casino winnings taxed in Singapore?
Singapore does not tax windfall gambling winnings of individuals, and gains on personal crypto holdings are not taxed unless you trade as a business. That is a tax position, not a legal defence: the gambling itself remains an offence with an unlicensed operator.
How fast are crypto withdrawals from these casinos?
BK8 and 96M process crypto withdrawals in 5 to 15 minutes, Maxim88 in 10 to 15 minutes and me88 in 10 to 60 minutes, according to the banking data in our reviews. BK8.io states withdrawals are sent almost instantly; we have not yet timed it ourselves.
